Chris has over 25 years of experience serving business clients in a diverse range of industries as well as high net-worth individuals.
He provides a wide range of services including accounting, audit, as well as tax compliance and planning to entrepreneurial businesses and not-for-profit organizations. He also serves the legal community with litigation support services associated with civil and criminal testimony.
Chris is the Chairman of the Not-for-Profit Practice Group at Braver, and is the engagement partner for the Fourth of July Foundation, Weston Jesuit School of Theology, and the Society for the Preservation of New England Antiquities among other prominent organizations. He provides operational insight into the entities he serves as well as other advisory services.
In successfully developing and maintaining a growing clientele, he has concentrated on providing accounting, tax, and management services to real estate developers, operator, managers, and syndicators. This area of expertise includes the transition of real estate holdings through Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITS).
Prior to joining Braver, Chris had his own accounting firm located in Boston. Previously, he had worked for BDO Seidman as part of their senior management team.
Chris is a graduate of Bentley College and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. He serves on the Board of the Charles River Conservancy and he is an advisor for Cradles to Crayons.
