Braver Announces Merger with Nelson, Adam & Dickson, P.C.

New Concord Office Follows Expansion in Providence,

Opening of Boston Office

Boston (August 22, 2007) – Braver today announced its merger with Nelson, Adam & Dickson, P.C., a full service accounting agency focusing on real estate and quasi-governmental accounting in Concord, MA.  Braver is a full service financial services firm with headquarters in Newton, MA, offices in Boston and Mansfield, MA, and a recently opened Providence, RI office.

(NA&D) and their talented group of executives with expertise in accounting, tax services, and financial planning,” said Patrick Riley, president and CEO of Braver. “The addition of these new team members is yet another opportunity for us to expand upon Braver’s expertise in real estate and quasi-governmental accounting throughout New England.”

 Twelve additional staff members will join Braver as part of the transition from NA&D, further strengthening Braver’s expertise in tax planning, business advice, financial planning, accounting and auditing.  Lisa M. Dickson, Richard G. Nelson, and Julia A. Adam will become principals in Braver PC.   “Braver shares our commitment to client service,” said Richard G.
