Donne is Braver PC’s Director of Human Capital with primary responsibility for recruiting and retaining Braver’s talented members. In addition, Donne has internal financial reporting responsibilities including statistical reporting and analysis. Prior to joining the firm, Donne served as Director of Administration for a Boston-based CPA firm, and Director of International Finance for the international division of a publicly-traded manufacturing company.
Donne offers expertise in all matters relating to administration, personnel, internal financial reporting, cash flow, credit and collections and facilities management. He is trained to administer and interpret the Predictive Index, a management tool that provides the ability to focus on the energy of staff to meet the needs of the business, and the Wonderlic Personnel Test.
Donne is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and is the chairperson for the Society’s Benefits and Human Resources Committee, an active member of the Turnaround Management Association, and an active member of the Treasurers’ Club of Boston. For several years Donne actively participated in the Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce’s Project Business teaching business concepts to eighth grade students.
Donne is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa. While in South Africa, Donne served in the South African Air Force.
Donne is an accomplished photographer and is a member of the Professional Photographer’s Association of America.
