Dave is a shareholder of Braver PC and joined Braver PC with the merger of Braver and Prescott, Chatellier, Fontaine, Wilkinson, LLP, in Providence, Rhode Island.
He has 20 years of public accounting experience and specializes in non-profits, small businesses including wholesalers, retailers and construction contractors, and in financial planning.
Dave is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants and is a Paul Harris Fellow.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting) as well as his Master’s degree in Business Administration (Finance) from Bryant University.
Dave is currently a member of the board of directors of the Woonsocket Rotary Foundation, Woonsocket North Stars Youth Hockey, Landmark Medical Center Audit Committee and the Burrillville Redevelopment Agency. He is a former board member of the Northern Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce, the Woonsocket Rotary Club (past president) and TRIHAB, Inc. Dave lives in Harrisville with his wife and two children.
