Ed has 30 years of experience in public accounting serving a diverse range of closely-held companies as well as wealthy families.

Ed, who is Director of Braver’s Tax Practice Group, specializes in providing accounting and tax services to high net worth individuals and closely-held businesses with a concentration in professional services and media related industries.

Prior to joining Braver, Ed was a shareholder for 15 years of Muster & Berardi, P.C., a Wayland-based tax consulting and compliance boutique.

Ed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northeastern University and a JD degree from the New England School of Law.  He is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, and has actively participated in the Society’s Small Business and Taxation committees.
