Carlos is the Service Manager for Braver Technology Solutions and oversees the daily operations of the Service Division insuring high customer satisfaction and highly-trained, experienced technicians. To accomplish these goals, he schedules all services whether special projects, preventive maintenance and emergency services, works with regional managers and their engineers within each respective territory, and oversees and mentors all projects from initial site visit to customer satisfaction survey post completion.
Prior to coming to us six years ago, he was systems engineer for Seimens Business Solutions, and before that he was Branch Manager for Technical Support Services, Inc.
Carlos has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronic Engineering from New England Institute of Technology as well as an Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
